Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flymate Luggage we want every order to reach you in perfect shape. This page explains when an order can be cancelled, how a return is started and how refunds are paid.

Order cancellation

• You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Call or email us with your order number.
• Once the order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or follow the return process below.
• We may cancel an order ourselves if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the delivery address cannot be served. Any amount you paid will be refunded in full.

7-day return window

You may ask for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be:

• unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
• in its original packaging, with all tags, locks, keys and accessories;
• accompanied by the invoice or another proof of purchase.

How to request a return

1. Contact us by phone or email with your order number, the reason for the return and clear photos of the product.
2. Our team will check the request and, if it is approved, share the pickup or shipping instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original box and hand it over as instructed.

Parcels sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us right away (ideally with an unboxing video) so we can replace it or refund you.

Refunds

• We will let you know once the returned product has reached us and been inspected, and whether the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent by bank transfer to the account details you share with us.
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase, if any, are not refundable.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please get in touch with us.
