Flymate Luggage offers a simple 7-day return policy on all products.

At a glance

• Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories.
• Exchange / replacement: the new product is delivered within 10–12 days of the return being approved.
• Refund: credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

What cannot be returned

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts, tags or packaging.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.
